Concrete fiber Kratos Macro Fiber PP48 (serat beton, serat polypropylene beton) is a high performance synthetic polypropylene fiber that can be used to replace steel rebar, replace wiremesh and to form reinforced concrete – called fiber reinforced concrete.
Fiber reinforced concrete is a composite material constituted by well mixed concrete and homogeneously distributed polypropylene fibers.
Propylene fibers in the concrete redistribute the stresses within the reinforced concrete and hence restrain and the formation and extension of concrete cracks.
Kratos Macro Fiber PP48 is produced according to EN 14889-2 Class 2 and ASTM C-1116 standards using 100% virgin polypropylene.
Kratos Macro Fiber PP48 increases the toughness of concrete against structural design loads, and provides effective crack control with its 3-dimensional homogeneous distribution property in concrete.

Kratos Micro Fiber (bahan pencegah retak beton, serat beton), is a synthetic polyamide fiber, that provides effective crack control against short-term plastic shrinkage and long-term drying shrinkage with its 3-dimensional homogeneous distribution property in concrete and mortar.
Kratos Micron Fiber 12mm (bahan pencegah retak beton, serat beton) is available in 12 mm length for concrete and in 6 mm length for plaster and mortar. It is used to inhibit the formation of small cracks which can occur through plastic shrinkage, premature drying and early thermal changes, in order to provide utilization of the intrinsic properties of the hardened cementitious material.
Kratos Micro Fiber (bahan pencegah retak beton, serat beton, polyamide fiber) is based on selected raw materials and manufactured under controlled conditions to give a consistent product.
Kratos Micro Fiber 12mm (polyamide fiber) is supplied in 12 mm fiber length.
This polyamide fiber is packed in 0.6 kg /bag.
Standard dosage of Kratos Micro Fiber 12mm is about 0.6 kg for 1 m3 concrete or mortar.
